Conferences and Speaking Engagements

A non-refundable 50% deposit of the total fee is required upon confirmation of the event booking. The remaining 50% will be required upon the speaker’s arrival at the event.  Business-class airfare, transportation, and hotel accommodations must be provided for the speaker by the event program if more than a two-hour drive is required.  

If the program is canceled, Carrefour Coaching will work with the event programmer to re-book the event at a mutually convenient date and time with no penalty.  The program must be rescheduled within one calendar year.  If the speaker attends the event and does not speak due to conflicts on the part of event circumstances, full payment will still be required to the speaker.
